How did you first get into photography?
Sliding Doors … I tripped over by chance when I was in NY A friend of mine introduced me the to the person that was going to become my mentor: Pierpaolo Ferrari, he ask me if I wanted to work
with him even if he was perfectly aware that I knew nothing of photography.Has been his and mine folly and I accepted it!

How would you best describe your style?
I don't know exactly how to describe it, but if I should define it for sure intimate and personal.

Do you explore other forms of art?
No. It's already hard make a good one

Do you do all your own post-production on your images?
Never. I have a super duo: Anna & Benedetta, they makes my postproduction, really light ones

Do you ever get a creative block? How do you overcome that?
Stop and restart is enough sometimes

What is your ultimate goal as an artist?
Seen my work published on Vogue Italia

Music that inspires you? On and off work?
I love and get inspired from every kind of music, it gives a pleasant rhythm to life. Every moment has it's own music

Fotoğrafa nasıl başladın?
Sliding Doors.. New York’tayken şans eseri düştüm. Bir arkadaşım beni daha sonrası mentorum olacak Pierpaolo Ferrari’yle tanıştırdı. O da fotoğrafla hiç bir alakam olmadığını bile bile onunla çalışmak ister miyim diye sordu. İkimizin karşılıklı şaşkınlığına denk geldi ve kabul ettim!

Tarzını nasıl tanımlarsın?
Tam olarak nasıl tarif edeceğimi bilememekle birlikte bir tanım getirmem gerekirse samimi ve kişisel.

Başka sanat formlarını deneyimliyor musun?
Hayır. Tek birinde iyi olmak yeterince zor. 

Görsellerinin post pordüksiyonunu kendin mi yaparsın?
Asla. Super bir ikiliyle çalışıyorum post prodüksiyonda: Anna & Benedetta, gerçekten hafif insanlar.

Hiç kreatif blokların olur mu? Nasıl atlatırsın?
Bazen durmak ve yeniden başlamak yeterli oluyor.

Bir sanatçı olarak en nihai hedefin ne?
İşlerimin Vogue İtalya’da yayınlandığını gördüm.

Sana çalışırken ve normal hayatta ilham veren müzik?
Her an kendi müziğine sahip.

What do you want to express with your art?
I don't know. That's too hard question!

What is your favourite piece so far?
I don't have one. I love the leading thread that links all the images.

Hope I'm not the only one that sees it...

Who was the most interesting person you worked on a portrait with? Any stories?
Everyone, all of them gave me something fascinating

Can you tell us about the creative process of the Giant Polaroid series?
Insane and Emotional

Can tell us about how you met with Toiletpaper and became a part of the team? Any teaser we can get for upcoming projects there?
Has been a natural process: I was already working with Pierpaolo Ferrari. Him and Maurizio Cattelan are the creatives and operatives minds of Toilet Paper. They are TP's parents.

Who is your most adored photographer?
Is an endless list. But Helmut Newton will always be Helmut Newton. The master. In the last period I get really inspired by Miles Aldridge's and Gilber Garcin’s works.

Is there a specific name/brand you would love collaborating with next?
No. Baby steps!

What else are you coming up in 2014 and beyond?
We'll see … Baby steps!

Advice for an aspiring photographer?
No. I'm still feeling as an aspiring photographer!

Bilmiyorum. Çok zor bir soru.

Şu ana kadar en beğendiğin işin hangisi?
Favorim yok. Tüm görselleri ana temaya bağlayan dizilimi seviyorum. Umarım bunu tek gören ben değilimdir.

Portrelerde çalıştığın en ilginç kişi kimdi?
Hepsi, hepsi bana büyüleyici birşey verdi.

Delice ve duygusal

Toiletpaper’la tanışman ve ekibe dahl olman nasıl oldu?
Çok doğal gerçekleşti: Zaten Pierpaolo Ferrari’yle çalışıyordum. O ve Maurizio Cattelan Toilet Paper’ın yaratıcı ve operasyonel beyinleri. Onlar TP’ın ebeveynleri.

En beğendiğin fotoğrafçı?
Listem sonsuz. Fakat Helmut Lang hep Helmut Lang olacak. Üstad. Son dönemlerde Miles Aldridge ve Gilber Garcin’den ilham alıyorum.

2014 ve sonrasında neler geliyor?
Göreceğiz… Bebek adımları!

Yok. Ben de hala öyle hissediyorum.
